Who is this for? 

Fidelis is open to all girls in grades 6-12 and adult women mentors of all ages.

What can I expect from Fidelis? 

Every Wednesday starting in September to May, this ministry gathers together from 6:00pm to 7:30pm in the JPII Youth Center to play games, learn about a particular virtue, discuss how it applies to our daily lives, and then end the time with Compline in the Our Lady Star of the Sea Church with the greater parish community.

Middle Schoolers are split into small groups by grade with the aim of being 6-8 girls to 1-2 High School Leaders and 1 Adult Mentor.

Freshman and Sophomores are split into high school only small groups, whereas Juniors and Seniors have the option of being a Middle School Small Group Leader or participating in the High School Small Group. 

​

As an adult mentor, there are many different roles that you can step into depending on your gifts, talents, and time. You could be leading a Middle or High School Small Group or you could be greeting girls who walk through the door. You could be on our retreat team or on our weekly hospitality team. The opportunities are endless, to learn more of where your talents could be best served please reach out to Jenny Hill.
